While on Manor Farm, you must follow the following rules. 

 

1.Wait in the carpark before sessions, until a staff member collects you. Please do not enter the animal enclosures, fields, barn, stables or any other than the carpark, unsupervised.

2.If you are waiting for your child to finish a session, please wait in the carpark and do not let yourself into any restricted areas on the farm. We will bring children out to the carpark at the end of sessions. If you leave mid session, please go straight to the carpark. 

3. Do not touch or feed the animals without permission from staff. 

4. Do not touch the fences without permission from a member of staff. 

5. If you are dropping off your child for an extended period, it is your responsibility to provide drinks and snacks. 

6. Any dogs must be kept in the car, unless prior permission is given by a staff member. 

7. If you are more than 5 minutes late to collect your child, a late fee will occur. 

8. When on the farm, you must drive no faster than 5mph.

9. Do not knock on the front door or park on the front drive.

Do not visit the farm if:

• You have been asked to self-isolate or self-quarantine by the health department or doctor

• You have been in close contact with someone that has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days

• If you have any of these symptoms or feel sick:

  • New or worsening cough

  • Shortness of breath or chest tightness

  • Fever (temperature over 38C)

• To prevent the transmission of disease from contact with animals, we strongly recommend that you wash your hands after touching animals. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the grounds or handwashing stations are available in the restrooms.

• Manor Farm is a smoke-free & vape-free facility.

• No outside food or drink in the animal areas. Animals are very curious and can eat things that make them sick.

• Do not feed outside food to the animals.

• Do not feed the equine or swine (ponies, donkeys and pigs).

• Animals can mistake fingers for food, please feed animals with an open hand.

• Do not chase animals.

• Do not harm the animals.

• Do not throw objects at the facility or animals.

• Do not climb walls, fencing, gates or barriers.

• Do not enter any of the pens, pastures or other animals enclosures.

• All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 16 years old.

• Pets are not allowed at Manor Farm (service animals are permitted)

• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property.

• Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.

• Clothing with profanity, obscenities or any other offensive material deemed inappropriate for Manor Farm's family setting is prohibited.

• While on Manor Farm property you may be photographed or filmed as part of our publicity efforts.

• Manor Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the grounds or in the parking area.

• For most events, we do not accept same day bookings. 

 

 

Prohibited on Manor Farm Grounds

• Smoking (includes cigarettes, any electronic cigarettes, cigars, and pipes)

• Pets

• Grills or hibachis

• Candles, fireworks or sparklers

• Laser pointers

• Drinking straws

• Remote control cars or drones

• Alcohol
