Animal-Assisted Team Building Experiences

At Manor Farm Experiences, we offer unique corporate team building and workplace wellbeing experiences using calm, friendly animals in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Our sessions are designed to reduce stress, encourage connection and support communication — without forced ice-breakers or high-pressure activities.

Whether you’re planning a staff wellbeing day, away day, leadership retreat or team reset, we tailor every experience to your people.

Why Choose Animal-Assisted Team Building?

Animals naturally help people slow down, regulate emotions and engage more authentically with others.

Our team building experiences:

  • Support stress reduction and wellbeing

  • Encourage trust, communication and collaboration

  • Are inclusive and neurodiversity-friendly

  • Suit all fitness levels and confidence levels

  • Feel calm, grounding and genuinely enjoyable

We are primarily a therapy farm, and animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do. Only animals that enjoy interaction are included in sessions.
